Digital System Solution for Joint Station/Gas Storage

The construction of a digital system for the combined station/gas storage facility will enable the development and integration of functions for gas storage production management, specialized data, archive management, and engineering process modules. It will build a database to achieve centralized management and sharing of electronic data for the gas storage facility, including centralized management of various professional data such as drilling, logging, and surveying, centralized classification of various professional archive materials, collection and application of GIS data, network viewing of video data, and centralized management of production data, thus constructing the overall framework of a digital comprehensive application platform for the gas storage facility. It will also include other functional modules such as safety warnings, system decision-making, results management, dynamic analysis, and geological research.

(1) The safety warning function module integrates and manages various safety warning information for the combined station/gas storage facility. It integrates the deployment of the safety warning system and develops new safety warning functions, achieving overall analysis of various safety warning information and building a more comprehensive, complete, and efficient safety warning integrated platform to better ensure the stable and efficient operation of the combined station/gas storage facility. Through the establishment of this function module, the safety management system will be further improved, making it easier for management and on-site personnel to view and promptly identify problems, further enhancing safety control levels.

(2) The equipment operation management module will realize the localization of equipment data in the ERP system, synchronizing it to the project database. Simultaneously, it will build a corresponding collection interface to achieve the input and management of equipment operation and maintenance data not in the ERP system, and display it through the relevant front-end display interface, realizing centralized and unified management of equipment operation and maintenance data.

(3) The DCS system can collect parameters such as pipeline temperature, pressure, and flow rate within the station, detect parameters such as the liquid level and high/low alarm status of each tank, control the automatic industrial processes of various separators, dehydrators, and valves, collect compressor operating data, and achieve centralized monitoring and scheduling management of equipment within the station.

(4) The ESD system is responsible for the safe production operation of the station. In the event of an accident within the station, it performs automatic interlocking protection for safe production, maximizing the protection of personnel and equipment within the station and minimizing losses. It also interlocks the central distribution station and wellhead ESD protection procedures to limit the spread of accidents. In the event of an accident within the station, it performs automatic interlocking protection for safe production, maximizing the protection of personnel and equipment within the station and minimizing losses, while simultaneously uploading alarm data.
