The differential pressure sensor is located at the top of the metal body, away from the medium contact surface, realizing mechanical isolation and thermal isolation. The glass sintered integrated sensor lead realizes high-strength electrical insulation with the metal substrate, improving the flexibility of electronic circuits and the ability of transient voltage protection. Platinum level accuracy of ± 0.05%, one-way overpressure up to 25MPa. Excellent static pressure performance, the best static pressure error can be controlled within ± 0.05%/10MPa, the temperature change is very small, the best can be controlled within ± 0.04%/10K.
