Our company independent design, research and development, production of WLT-0807 series intelligent temperature transmitter is the use of platinum resistance with temperature change, and the characteristics of a certain function relationship to measure the temperature of the measured medium. The transmitter uses high-precision thermal resistance as the detection of the original, with high stability circuit for signal processing, to achieve continuous measurement of temperature, the output of industrial standard control signal at the same time can achieve display, remote and other functions. The temperature measurement part of the product adopts all stainless steel integrated processing technology, the limit and the use of high-strength cast aluminum shell, the product has the characteristics of strong seismic ability, fast thermal response, etc.; the wire adopts a special shielded wire, and the use of a wide temperature range. The product is easy to install and suitable for various automatic control systems for temperature measurement.
In the circuit design, the modular design with microprocessor as the core and advanced digital isolation technology is adopted, which makes the instrument have high anti-interference and stability. Hart protocol is used for communication, which can be operated remotely by Hart manual controller or computer installed with Hart software to complete the configuration of measurement information. At the same time, digital compensation technology is adopted, and the transmitter is compensated by built-in temperature sensor, which improves the measurement accuracy, reduces the temperature drift, and has the characteristics of good long-term stability and high reliability. The most user-friendly design of infrared wireless settings, a key reset function, to meet the safety requirements of dangerous situations, very convenient shortcut menu operation, and can complete all parameter settings, improve the performance of the transmitter.
