Dead Point Switch

Our company independent design, research and development, production and manufacture of WZST-31 type dead point switch is for the indicator diagram monitoring and design of digital oil field special sensor. This product uses a high response frequency of the normally open proximity magnetic induction switch, combined with high-speed digital input circuit, the use of novel data processing algorithm, through the induction characteristics of the magnetic induction switch on the pumping unit stroke, pumping unit dead point position and other parameters for contact measurement. At the same time, this product adopts advanced wireless communication technology, combined with wireless load sensor for real-time measurement and remote transmission of oil well indicator diagram.

The wireless dead point switch sensor is a digital oil field sensor designed for the monitoring of the indicator diagram. The dead point switch adopts a normally open proximity magnetic induction switch with high response frequency, combined with a high-speed digital input circuit, and uses a novel data processing algorithm and model to measure the pumping unit stroke and the dead point position of the pumping unit through the induction characteristics of the induction switch. The use of advanced wireless communication technology, combined with wireless load sensors for real-time measurement and remote transmission of the oil well indicator diagram.
