The WLPT-1001 series of integrated temperature and pressure transmitters independently designed, developed and produced by our company adopt the integrated design of temperature and pressure sensors, which can collect and measure temperature and pressure data synchronously. It has the ability to transmit the measured medium temperature and pipeline pressure to the data acquisition system in real time. It is a measuring instrument that converts temperature and pressure variables into standard output that can be transmitted. The hardware circuit consists of high-precision temperature sensor, signal processing circuit, low-power processor system, wireless communication module, power management and other circuit units.
The collected data is filtered by software and hardware and internal correction calculation to reduce the error caused by the measurement medium and ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement. It has the advantages of high precision, anti-corrosion, anti-shock, anti-vibration, high stability, etc. The signal processing circuit is composed of the latest ultra-low power processor, signal processing chip and power management chip. The instrument appearance is exquisite, small, beautiful, easy to use and operate. The transmitter uses a unique "buffer, adsorption, discharge, suppression" lightning protection and anti-interference circuit.
