WZCXH series flushing ring is mainly used with double flange connection structure transmitter in measuring medium with high density and high viscosity. In a special medium use environment, a period of time of deposition will gather at the transmitter diaphragm, affecting the measurement (no signal feedback in severe cases). WZCXH series flush rings provide convenient cleaning of the diaphragm.
(1) Size: 1/2 ", 3/4", 1 ", 1 1/2", 2 ", 3";
(2) Sealing surface forms: RF (convex surface seal), MF (convex surface seal), RJ (ring seal), TF (tenon surface seal), FF (full plane seal);
(3) material optional: 304, 316, 316L, 316SS, HC-276, tantalum;
(4) Flush holes: one 1/4NPT plug, two 1/4NPT plugs, one 1/2NPT plug and two 1/2NPT plugs;
(5) The pressure rating shall meet 150CL, 300CL, 600CL and 900CL.
