Our company independently designed, developed and produced WLP-0601 series intelligent pressure transmitters. The central sensing unit adopts the world's leading high-precision silicon pressure sensor technology and packaging technology. The monocrystalline silicon pressure sensor is located at the top of the metal body, away from the medium contact surface, realizing mechanical isolation and thermal isolation. The sensor lead integrated with glass sintering realizes high-strength electrical insulation with the metal substrate, improve the flexible performance of electronic circuits and the ability to withstand transient voltage protection. Platinum level accuracy of ± 0.05%, unidirectional overpressure up to 70MPa. Excellent static pressure performance, the best static pressure error can be controlled within ± 0.05%/10MPa, the temperature change is very small, the best can be controlled within ± 0.04%/10K.

In the circuit design, the modular design with microprocessor as the core and advanced digital isolation technology is adopted, which makes the instrument have high anti-interference and stability. Hart protocol is used for communication, which can be operated remotely by Hart manual controller or computer installed with Hart software to complete the configuration of measurement information. At the same time, digital compensation technology is adopted, and the transmitter is compensated by built-in temperature sensor, which improves the measurement accuracy, reduces the temperature drift, and has the characteristics of good long-term stability and high reliability. The most user-friendly design of infrared wireless settings, a key reset function, to meet the safety requirements of dangerous situations, very convenient shortcut menu operation, and can complete all parameter settings, improve the performance of the transmitter.
