The electric control valve supporting the actuator is my company independent design, research and development, production. The actuator is composed of motor, gear reducer, connecting sleeve, limit switch, torque (thrust) limiting device, hand wheel, automatic disengagement device of hand wheel, mechanical valve position display, LCD display, control circuit board and other devices necessary for safe and stable operation. The whole device is completely sealed, suitable for outdoor operation, and has the function of debugging without opening the cover. Any adjustment, debugging, fault diagnosis and modification of the setting value of the actuator can be carried out by manual operation or panel operation, without the need to disassemble the sealing end cover of the actuator and without any special tools.
The product is used in the terminal intelligent control device of industrial engineering measurement and control system, with low power consumption, supporting solar power supply and mains power supply. The solar power supply is directly powered by DC24V, and the battery works continuously for more than 120 hours without lighting. The mains power supply shall be converted to DC24V safe voltage to the wellhead Christmas tree or external transmission pipeline. In line with PetroChina A11 standard, it supports local display and remote setting of parameters such as instantaneous flow rate and injection. Control accuracy of 0.5%, with patent protection.
