The WZF-0808A type intelligent flow measuring and controlling instrument designed, developed and produced by our company is used for the terminal intelligent control device of industrial engineering measurement and control system. It has low power consumption, supports solar power supply, adopts DC24V power supply, and works continuously for more than 120 hours without lighting. In line with PetroChina A11 standard, it supports local display and remote setting of parameters such as instantaneous flow rate and injection. Control accuracy of 0.5%, with patent protection. The measurement accuracy of vortex flowmeter can reach 0.5%.
The split-type intelligent flow measurement and control instrument can effectively utilize the original equipment in the oil field, as long as the supporting intelligent flow measurement and control instrument is installed at the back end of the original flow meter. The flow meter and intelligent flow measurement and control instrument are responsible for receiving the instructions of the measurement and control host, completing the collection and transmission of flow and velocity data, and the dynamic regulation of the daily water injection volume of the injection well.
