The WZ-ZDC1000 series is an industrial remote monitoring and control integrated intelligent data acquisition controller used in oil and gas production IoT systems. Designed and developed specifically for industrial environments, it boasts strong adaptability and a wide operating temperature range of -40℃~80℃, with strong electromagnetic interference capabilities. It can be directly applied in industrial settings, featuring digital and analog signal acquisition and control functions. Supports various communication methods, such as 4G communication VPDN technology, ZigBee wireless communication technology, LoRaWan communication technology, etc., enabling remote real-time monitoring of oil wells without personnel, timely grasp of oil well dynamic changes, improved oilfield production efficiency, ensuring safe production, and improved economic benefits.

Integrates electrical parameter data acquisition function; three-meter method accurately measures three-phase voltage, three-phase current (true RMS value) in three-phase four-wire AC circuits; total and each single-phase active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, fundamental active power, harmonic active power, fundamental reactive power; maximum/minimum/average current, power, and power factor, etc., electrical parameters within the operation cycle of the pump jack; measurement of forward/reverse active electricity, forward/reverse reactive electricity; and integrates RTU acquisition and monitoring functions. Combined with wireless integrated indicator, wireless pressure, and temperature transducers, it can realize the acquisition of indicator diagram and current diagram, the detection of wellhead oil pressure, casing pressure, back pressure, and other production parameters, and has monitoring capabilities for pump jack motor voltage and temperature, etc.

Functional Features

(1) Data Acquisition Function: Acquires oil well indicator diagram, current diagram, power diagram, electrical parameters, and pump jack status information.

(2) Remote Communication Function: Remote transmission, reading, and remote setting of working parameters for pump jack power diagram data and oil well data, and pump jack status information.

(3) Data Storage Function: Regularly stores relevant working status and data information, storing historical records. Setting parameters and historical data are not lost after power failure; data can be supplemented and actively uploaded.

(4) Control Function: Implements control of the variable frequency drive, supports automatic control, remote start/stop of wells and on-site power equipment switching; remote valve control.

(5) Alarm Function: Has well start-up alarm, intrusion alarm, and audio-visual alarm functions.

(6) Self-Check Function: Has power-on self-check and patrol reporting functions.

(7) Meter Management Function: Real-time values of meter data, historical data storage, meter overlimit reporting, and meter battery undervoltage judgment functions.

(8) Intrusion Detection Function: Supports the access of infrared detectors to achieve intrusion alarm.

(9) Wired Acquisition Function: Has 2-channel RS485 wired data acquisition that can connect wired pressure, temperature, flow meters, intelligent flow meter controllers, and other wired 485 meters; supports variable frequency drive 485 data acquisition and control.

(10) Wireless Acquisition Function: Supports wireless ZigBee/WIA-PA/433/LoRa communication methods to acquire on-site instruments; communication modules are optional.

(11) Remote Management Function: Has remote and on-site upgrade and maintenance functions.

(12) Remote Upload Network can select 4G, GSM, Ethernet, LoRaWan, WIA-PA, etc., communication methods.

(13) There are two working modes: single-well communication mode and multi-well interconnected communication mode.
