Temperature transmitter

Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WLT-0807 series of intelligent temperature transmitters. These transmitters utilize the characteristic of platinum resistance changing with temperature change, following a certain function, to measure the temperature of the measured medium. The transmitter uses a high-precision thermistor as the sensing element and employs a high-stability circuit for signal processing to achieve continuous temperature measurement. It outputs industry-standard control signals and can also achieve display and remote functions.

Product Details

The central sensing unit of the intelligent temperature transmitter uses high-performance, high-reliability imported platinum resistance or thermocouples. After precise temperature compensation and non-linear correction, it uses a well-performing intelligent modular signal processing technology to measure and calibrate the medium temperature, and outputs an industrial control standard signal.

The temperature sensor is located at the top of the metal body, away from the medium contact surface, achieving mechanical and thermal isolation; the sensor leads achieve high-strength electrical insulation from the metal substrate, improving the flexibility and transient voltage protection capability of the electronic circuit.

The circuit design adopts a modular design with a microprocessor as the core and assisted by advanced digital isolation technology, giving the instrument extremely high anti-interference and stability. Using the Hart protocol for communication, it can be remotely operated through a Hart hand-held device or a computer with Hart software installed to complete the configuration of measurement information. At the same time, it uses digital compensation technology and compensates the transmitter through a built-in temperature sensor, improving measurement accuracy, reducing temperature drift, and having the characteristics of good long-term stability and high reliability. The most user-friendly infrared wireless setting and one-button zeroing function meet the safety operation requirements in hazardous environments, making it very convenient to perform quick menu operations and complete all parameter settings, comprehensively improving the performance of the transmitter.

(1) Measurement range: 0~150℃, -30~150℃, -50~150℃, -50~300℃, 0~500℃, etc. Various measurement ranges are available, and production and supply can be customized according to actual order requirements;

(2) Accuracy grade: ±0.1%FS, ±0.2%FS, ±0.5%FS, etc. Multiple accuracy grades (precision grades) are optional;

(3) Uses LCD liquid crystal display; OLED display can be used at ultra-low temperatures, supporting normal display of LCD screens below -40℃; with configuration buttons;

(4) Has 4~20mA signal output, multiple communication protocols are optional, supporting HART, MODBUS, FF, PROFIBUS-DP/PA, etc.; with RS485 output;

(5) Has wireless communication function, supporting ZigBee, LoRa, 4G, NB-IOT, WIA-PA and other wireless communication protocols;

(6) The temperature sensor can be adjusted to thermocouple type: K, E, J, T/S, R, B; thermistor type: PT100;

(7) Single channel; corrosion-resistant terminals;

(8) Sensor probe material: 316/316L stainless steel, gold-plated stainless steel, Hastelloy C-276, titanium, tantalum, zirconium, and Monel and other metal materials;

(9) Maximum allowable process temperature: 600℃; Minimum allowable process temperature: -110℃;

(10) Explosion-proof mark: Exdb Ⅱ C T6 Gb, Exib Ⅱ C T6 Gb;

(11) Protection grade: IP66, IP68 are both satisfied;

(12) The instrument has a self-diagnosis function;

(13) With alarm function, high and low alarm optional;

(14) With lightning protection function (safe lightning protection and surge protection circuit design or addition of corresponding signal surge protectors), which can prevent damage to the equipment caused by lightning and surge current;

(15) Stability: Accurate and reliable temperature acquisition, stable and reliable communication, automatic recovery function in case of system abnormality, and the service life of the temperature transmitter body is not less than 10 years.
