The WZCXH series flushing ring is mainly used with double flange connection structure transmitters for measuring media with high density and viscosity. In special media usage environments, sedimentation over time will accumulate at the transmitter diaphragm, affecting measurement (no signal feedback in severe cases). The WZCXH series flushing ring provides convenient cleaning of the diaphragm.

(1) Specifications: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/2", 2", 3".

(2) Sealing surface types: RF (raised face seal), MF (male face seal), RJ (ring joint seal), TF (tongue and groove seal), FF (full face seal).

(3) Optional materials: 304, 316, 316L, 316SS, HC-276, Tantalum.

(4) Flushing holes: One 1/4NPT plug, Two 1/4NPT plugs, One 1/2NPT plug, Two 1/2NPT plugs.

(5) Pressure ratings: 150CL, 300CL, 600CL, 900CL.
