The WZH-IG001 intelligent monitoring module—well site intelligent RTU—is an intelligent gateway device developed based on the LINUX and HarmonyOS systems. The device integrates four functional units: RTU master control unit, power management unit, wireless communication unit (including ZigBee, IEEE802.15.4, WIFI, and 4G communication), and switch communication unit, forming an integrated RTU product that is essential for modern intelligent well site production.

Product Details

The product has data acquisition, calculation, analysis, monitoring, diagnosis, and optimization functions for wellhead RTUs and instruments; it integrates self-diagnosis and edge computing functions, establishes a remote auxiliary monitoring and management web, and has functions such as virtual experts, auxiliary decision-making, remote diagnosis, automatic processing, and immediate early warning, realizing intelligent and efficient production of single wells.

Features

The wellsite intelligent RTU has a servo system with functions such as parameter memory, fault diagnosis, and analysis; it has various intelligent modules that can perform multi-dimensional online detection of wellhead current, voltage, temperature, and power curves, etc. In addition to completing normal automatic control instructions, the wellsite intelligent RTU can also monitor its own status in real time, pre-warn nodes or areas where faults may occur, and handle them in advance to ensure continuous and uninterrupted operation of the system and improve the overall system efficiency. The main features are as follows:

(1) Edge computing

It has powerful data processing capabilities, can calculate production dynamic data in real time, and has the ability of "self-perception, self-diagnosis, and self-optimization." Such as power curve initial diagnosis, algorithms and control scripts.

(2) Remote and local maintenance

Wellsite RTU parameter setting and restart; remote upgrade;

The wellhead RTU can be remotely configured and firmware upgraded through the wellsite RTU.

(3) Intelligent fault diagnosis

Real-time fault: RTU itself, RTU communication failure, abnormal access sensor signals, etc.;

Historical records: Log management, fault analysis.

(5) Convenient debugging

Equipped with a WiFi access module, it can be remotely wirelessly connected via a mobile phone APP or computer to achieve remote viewing, remote configuration, and remote update of the RTU. Supports web function.

Built-in database system/file system, realizing the storage function of important wellsite production data, and providing data viewing and export functions;

4G flash design, can realize data storage of power curves and system logs for at least 1 month.
