Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WZL electromagnetic flow meter, which features a simple structure, high measurement accuracy, long service life, simple operation, and easy maintenance. This product is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, urban construction, environmental protection, food and other fields, reliably measuring the volumetric flow of liquids such as water, tap water, sewage, diesel, gasoline, and low-viscosity crude oil.
(1) Operating power supply: DC24V;
(2) The on-site display type (built-in lithium battery) is powered by an internal power supply, using a 3.6VDC lithium battery as a backup power supply. The meter battery is ER18505, and the amplifier board battery is ER14335. They can be unplugged and replaced without obstruction. The battery life is > 1 year;
(3) Measurement accuracy: 1.0 level;
(4) Control accuracy: ±0.1m³/h;
(5) Flow range: 0.1～1m³/h and 0.2～4m³/h;
(6) Protection level: IP65;
(7) Nominal diameter: DN15, DN25, DN32, DN40;
(8) Nominal pressure: PN16 MPa, PN25 MPa, PN35 MPa;
(9) Communication method: RS-485; It has wireless communication function and supports ZigBee, LoRa, 4G, NB-IOT, WIA-PA and other wireless communication protocols;
(10) Connection method with process pipeline: Groove, flange or welding connection;
