Product Details

The dead spot switch, as a key parameter measuring device for oil wells, has high requirements for various performance indicators. It transmits the measured displacement curve to the wellhead RTU in real time and on site.

(1) Power Supply: Wired communication uses DC24V power supply; wireless communication uses a 3.6V lithium battery, or a 3.7V solar panel + rechargeable battery (battery life more than 3 years);

(2) Accuracy Grade: 0.5 grade;

(3) Static Power Consumption: Less than 20μA;

(4) Communication Method: Wired communication uses 4~20mA, RS-485; wireless communication supports ZigBee, LoRa, 4G, NB-IOT, WIA-PA, etc.;

(5) The product supports wireless configuration and wireless upgrades.

(6) Technological Advancement: It has an SOE active alarm function, and the device configuration upgrade is flexible and available;

(7) It has functions such as well opening alarm and well shutdown alarm;

(8) It meets the operating requirements of harsh environments such as high temperature, high cold, high wind and sand, and humid marine oil fields.
