The actuator for this electric regulating valve is independently designed, developed, and manufactured by our company. The actuator consists of a motor, gear reducer, connecting sleeve, limit switch, torque (thrust) limiting device, hand wheel, automatic hand wheel disengagement device, mechanical valve position indicator, LCD display, control circuit board, and other devices necessary for safe and stable operation. The entire device is completely sealed, suitable for outdoor operation, and features coverless debugging functionality. Any adjustment, debugging, fault diagnosis, or modification of the setpoint of the actuator can be performed via a hand-held controller or panel operation, without the need to open the sealed end cover of the actuator or any special tools.
This product is used as a terminal intelligent control device in industrial engineering measurement and control systems. It is low-power and supports solar power and mains power. Solar power directly uses DC24V power supply, and the battery can continuously operate for more than 120 hours in the absence of sunlight. Mains power uses a mains power supply to convert to DC24V safety voltage to the wellhead christmas tree or export pipeline. It complies with the CNPC A11 standard and supports on-site display and remote setting functions for parameters such as instantaneous flow rate and allocation. The control accuracy is 0.5%, and it is patent-protected.
