Single flange high-precision intelligent pressure transmitter


Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WLP-0601 series of intelligent pressure transmitters. The central sensing unit adopts globally leading high-precision silicon pressure sensor technology and packaging processes. The single-crystal silicon pressure sensor is located at the top of the metal body, away from the medium contact surface, achieving mechanical and thermal isolation; the glass-sintered integrated sensor leads achieve high-strength electrical insulation with the metal substrate, improving the flexibility of the electronic circuit and its ability to withstand transient voltage protection. Platinum-grade accuracy reaches ±0.05%, and the unidirectional overpressure can reach up to 70 MPa. Excellent hydrostatic performance, with hydrostatic error optimally controllable within ±0.05%/10 MPa, minimal temperature influence, optimally controllable within ±0.04%/10K.

Double flange differential pressure transmitter

The circuit uses temperature compensation, ensuring stable and reliable product performance. It is especially suitable for the petroleum and petrochemical industries.

Hygrometer

Immersion level gauge


The WLL-0801 immersion level transmitter uses a high-performance diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as the measuring element. It accurately measures the liquid static pressure proportional to the liquid level depth, converts it into a standard (voltage or current) signal output through a signal conditioning circuit, establishes a linear correspondence between the output signal and the liquid level depth, and realizes the measurement of the liquid depth. The product features high accuracy and small size. It can directly measure the liquid height from the end of the transmitter to the liquid surface by immersing it in the liquid, making it easy to use. It is suitable for liquid level measurement and control in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, power plants, urban water supply, and hydrological exploration.

Two-valve group


The WZFZ series two-valve group is designed for direct installation with traditional flange-type absolute or gauge pressure transmitters. It can also be directly installed via long bolts with 3051CG or 3051CA with coplanar flanges. The WZFZ series two-valve group adopts an integrated threaded structure. The structural material is made of different grades of materials such as 304SST and 316SST. The sealing material is made of Teflon, and the process interface uses 1/2-14 NPT-Female. Graphite or other suitable materials are selected for the sealing material at high temperatures. The pressure rating meets 3000psi and 6000psi.

Three-valve group


The WZFZ series three-valve assembly is designed for direct installation with traditional flange-type absolute or gauge pressure transmitters. It can also be directly installed with 3051CG or 3051CA via long bolts and a coplanar flange. The WZFZ series three-valve assembly uses different grades of stainless steel, 304 and 316. It features ½-14 NPT female tapered pipe threads, Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) sealing material, and a 1/2-14 NPT-Female process connection. For high-temperature applications, graphite or other suitable materials are used for sealing. Pressure ratings meet 3000psi and 6000psi.

Five-valve group


The WZFZ series five-valve assembly is designed for direct installation with traditional flanged absolute or gauge pressure transmitters. It can also be directly installed via long bolts with 3051CG or 3051CA with coplanar flanges. The WZFZ series five-valve assembly uses different grades of stainless steel materials, 304 and 316, with ½-14 NPT female tapered pipe threads. The sealing material is Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene), and the process connection is 1/2-14 NPT-Female. At high temperatures, graphite or other suitable materials are selected for sealing materials. The pressure rating meets 3000psi and 6000psi.
