The central sensing unit adopts globally leading high-precision silicon pressure sensor technology and packaging processes. The single-crystal silicon pressure sensor is located at the top of the metal body, away from the medium contact surface, achieving mechanical and thermal isolation; the glass-sintered integrated sensor leads achieve high-strength electrical insulation with the metal substrate, improving the flexibility of the electronic circuit and its ability to withstand transient voltage protection. Platinum-grade accuracy reaches ±0.05%, and the unidirectional overpressure can reach up to 70 MPa. Excellent hydrostatic performance, with hydrostatic error optimally controllable within ±0.05%/10 MPa, minimal temperature influence, optimally controllable within ±0.04%/10K.

Solar-powered wireless pressure transmitter

LoRa Wireless Gateway


Our company independently designed, developed, and produced the WZH200 LoRa wireless gateway, which is used to access various LoRa and LoRaWAN application nodes. It features secure links, encrypted data communication, and data compression. It supports 4G/5G and wired FE data backhaul, nearby Wi-Fi wireless configuration management, GPS/BeiDou positioning and time synchronization, and multiple power supply methods including AC power, POE, and solar power. It can achieve coverage in urban, suburban, and rural areas, and can be deployed on rooftops, lampposts, or signal poles. For wide-area coverage in fields or pastures, it can be deployed on high ground (solar powered). The coverage distance is far, approximately 3-15km.

Zigbee Wireless Gateway


Our company independently designed, developed, and produced the WZH8002Z Zigbee wireless gateway. It connects to Zigbee nodes that comply with the A11 oil and gas production Internet of Things protocol, achieving secure links, encrypted data communication, and compression. It supports 4G and wired FE data backhaul and multiple power supply methods: AC power, POE, and solar power. It can achieve coverage in urban, suburban, and rural areas and can be deployed on rooftops, lampposts, or signal poles. For wide-area coverage in fields or pastures, it can be deployed on high ground (solar powered). The coverage distance is approximately 2km.

4G technology-based wireless gateway


Our company independently designed, developed, and produced the WZD600-12A 4G wireless gateway. It accesses nodes that comply with 4G wireless transmission technology, achieving secure links, encrypted data communication, and compression. It supports 4G and wired FE data backhaul and multiple power supply methods: AC power, POE, and solar power. It can achieve coverage in urban, suburban, and rural areas and can be deployed on rooftops, lampposts, or signal poles. For wide-area coverage in fields or pastures, it can be deployed in high-altitude areas (solar power). It has a long coverage distance.

Intelligent monitoring module for oil and water wells


Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WZH8003 intelligent oil and water well monitoring module (RTU), which has strong adaptability and can be directly applied to industrial sites. This product has digital and analog signal and control functions, remote and on-site maintenance and remote program upgrade functions, local data storage function, data resending, active uploading and self-checking functions, remote well start/stop function, and surge protection device for AC power supply RTU. It supports multiple wireless communication methods such as ZigBee/LoRa/NB/4G/GPRS/WIFI. There are two working modes: single-well communication mode and multi-well integrated communication mode.

Integrated acquisition controller


The WZ-ZDC1000 series is an industrial remote monitoring and control integrated intelligent data acquisition controller used in oil and gas production IoT systems. Designed and developed specifically for industrial environments, it boasts strong adaptability and a wide operating temperature range of -40℃~80℃, with strong electromagnetic interference capabilities. It can be directly applied in industrial settings, featuring digital and analog signal acquisition and control functions. It supports the acquisition, control, computation, data storage, remote transmission, self-inspection, on-site maintenance, and remote program upgrades of various industrial signals and production data.

Electrical parameter acquisition module


Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures electrical parameter acquisition modules. These are industrial intelligent electrical parameter acquisition devices used in oil and gas production IoT systems, and are highly cost-effective intelligent electrical parameter and electricity transducers. They feature strong functionality, high reliability, flexible application, and ease of operation. They have a wide operating temperature range of -40℃~80℃ and strong electromagnetic interference resistance. They can be directly applied in industrial settings, effectively improving the professional level of users' pumping unit monitoring systems. They are easily compatible with users' "wellhead RTU", "wellsite RTU", and PLC equipment.

Electric actuator


The actuator for this electric regulating valve is independently designed, developed, and manufactured by our company. The actuator consists of a motor, gear reducer, connecting sleeve, limit switch, torque (thrust) limiting device, handwheel, automatic handwheel disengagement device, mechanical valve position indicator, LCD display, control circuit board, and other devices necessary for safe and stable operation. The entire device is completely sealed, suitable for outdoor operation, and features coverless commissioning. Any adjustment, debugging, fault diagnosis, or modification of the setpoint of the actuator can be performed via a hand-held controller or panel operation, without the need to open the sealed end cover of the actuator or any special tools.

Intelligent traffic measurement and control device


Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WZF-0808A intelligent flow measurement and control instrument. It serves as a terminal intelligent control device for industrial engineering measurement and control systems. It features low power consumption and supports solar power supply. The power supply voltage is DC24V, and the battery can continuously operate for over 120 hours without sunlight. It complies with the Sinopec A11 standard and supports on-site display and remote setting of parameters such as instantaneous flow rate and allocation. The control accuracy is 0.5%, and it is patent-protected. The matching flow meter is a vortex flow meter with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.5%.

Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WZL electromagnetic flow meter, which features a simple structure, high measurement accuracy, long service life, simple operation, and easy maintenance. This product is widely used in metallurgy, chemical engineering, petroleum, urban construction, environmental protection, food and other fields, reliably measuring the volumetric flow of liquids such as water, tap water, sewage, diesel, gasoline, and low-viscosity crude oil.
