Protocol converter


Communication conversion module—protocol converter is used to collect data from various peripheral sensor devices and convert it into the industrial standard Modbus protocol for easy connection with other industrial products, such as PLCs or RTUs. It achieves data acquisition of any number of transducers required by the user through RS485 bus connection, and is compatible with RTUs, PLCs, wireless transducers, etc., from different manufacturers for user's legacy product utilization.

Wireless transmitter acquisition module


The WZG-6001 communication conversion module—wireless transmitter acquisition module is used to collect data from various peripheral sensor devices, convert it into the industry-standard Modbus protocol for easy connection with other industrial products such as PLCs or RTUs. It uses RS485 bus connection to achieve data acquisition from any number of transmitters as required by the user. It is also compatible with RTUs, PLCs, and wireless transmitters from different manufacturers, allowing users to utilize existing products.

4G communication module (DTU)


The WZD600-12A is an industrial-grade 4G-DTU device that provides bidirectional transparent transmission between RS232/485 and 4G. This product uses a high-performance industrial-grade 32-bit ARM processor, supports full-network communication, supports standard RS232 and RS485 interfaces, supports two simultaneous online sockets, and supports TCP and UDP working modes. This product has multiple internal protection mechanisms, ensuring product stability and reliability.

Intelligent Monitoring Module—Well Field Intelligent RTU


The WZH-IG001 intelligent monitoring module—well site intelligent RTU—is an intelligent gateway device developed based on the LINUX and HarmonyOS systems. The device integrates four functional units: RTU master control unit, power management unit, wireless communication unit (including ZigBee, IEEE802.15.4, WIFI, and 4G communication), and switch communication unit, forming an integrated RTU product that is essential for modern intelligent well site production.

Temperature transmitter


Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WLT-0807 series of intelligent temperature transmitters. These transmitters utilize the characteristic of platinum resistance changing with temperature change, following a certain function, to measure the temperature of the measured medium. The transmitter uses a high-precision thermistor as the sensing element and employs a high-stability circuit for signal processing to achieve continuous temperature measurement. It outputs industry-standard control signals and can also achieve display and remote functions.

Dead-man's switch


The WZST series dead-point switch is a high-precision digital Internet of Things product designed for measuring the slow stroke cycle and displacement of beam pumping units. This product uses wireless communication, displacement measurement, and low-power consumption technologies to measure the inclination angle and cycle of the pumping unit. Signals are transmitted via wired or wireless methods, ensuring high reliability and strong anti-interference capabilities.

Single flange differential pressure transmitter


Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WLP-0601DPH series of intelligent differential pressure transmitters. The central sensing unit adopts globally leading high-precision differential pressure sensor technology and packaging processes. The differential pressure sensor is located at the top of the metal body, away from the media contact surface, achieving mechanical and thermal isolation; the glass-sintered integrated sensor leads achieve high-strength electrical insulation with the metal substrate, improving the flexibility of the electronic circuit and its ability to withstand transient voltage protection. Platinum-grade accuracy reaches ±0.05%, and the unidirectional overpressure can reach up to 25 MPa. Excellent static pressure performance, with optimal static pressure error controllable within ±0.05%/10 MPa, minimal temperature influence, optimally controllable within ±0.04%/10K.

Solar-powered integrated temperature and pressure transducer


Our company independently designs, develops, and manufactures the WLPT-1001 series integrated temperature and pressure transmitter. It uses an integrated temperature and pressure sensor design, capable of simultaneously collecting and measuring temperature and pressure data. It has the ability to transmit the measured medium temperature and pipe pressure in real-time to the data acquisition system.
